Who we are
Growent is the trading name of Evangelos (Vang) Chronopoulos, who is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. For any privacy question, write to vang.growent@gmail.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us and what your browser shares automatically when you visit.
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, plus the time we received it. Giving us these details is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply. A hidden anti-spam field that people leave empty is also part of the form; a submission where it is filled is discarded.
- Server data: the host of the site handles your IP address and technical request details to deliver the pages, as any web host does.
We do not ask for sensitive data, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
We use your data to answer your message and to keep the contact form safe.
- Replying to inquiries: to answer you and, if you ask, to discuss working together. This rests on steps you request before a contract and on our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us.
- Security and spam protection: to keep the contact form from being abused. This rests on our legitimate interest.
We do not make automated decisions about you, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who receives it
Four service providers handle your data for us, each for one purpose only.

The site also links to LinkedIn and X. If you follow those links, their own privacy notices apply.
Transfers outside the EU and EEA
Some of these providers are based in the United States or may process data there. Where data leaves the EU and EEA, the providers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Our Make account runs in Make's EU zone. You can ask us for information about these safeguards by writing to vang.growent@gmail.com.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry for 12 months after the last message, unless we start working together. In that case we keep the records for as long as the work and our legal obligations require. If you ask us to delete your inquiry sooner, we will.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to another service. You can also object to processing that rests on our legitimate interest.
Write to vang.growent@gmail.com and we will answer within one month. If you are in the EU or EEA, you can also complain to your national data protection authority; in Greece that is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr). If you are in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Visitors from other countries may have similar rights under local law, and we will handle their requests the same way.

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools.

We will update this page when our practices change, and we show the date of the last update at the top.
